Oxford City Council employee Jeff Ridgley has won the award for Project Manager of the Year at the BCS and Computing UK IT Industry Awards, held on Thursday 12 November 2009.
Jeff Ridgley is project managing the Council's customer relationship management (CRM) implementation one of the key projects within the City's Business Transformation Programme.
